LogMeIn offers discounted pricing as established by LogMeIn on its web site www.join.me to qualified nonprofit or nongovernmental organizations who purchase an annual subscription to join.me Pro and/or join.me Enterprise. A nonprofit or nongovernmental organization in the United States must be a qualified 501(c)(3) public charity as recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Non-US organizations must be qualified or registered as a public charity under the relevant local country’s laws (and, where applicable, hold a tax exempt certificate). An organization must prove its tax-exempt status with current, valid tax documents from its country of residence and sign a contract attesting that it is an eligible nonprofit. LogMeIn reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and suspend the service for ineligible organizations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LogMeIn may not provide nonprofit pricing to (i) any organizations that discriminate in hiring, compensation, access to training or services, termination, promotion, and/or retirement on the basis of age, sex, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability; (ii) any governmental organizations or agencies; (iii) schools, colleges and universities; (iv) healthcare organizations; (v) political or lobbyist organizations; (vi) religious-affiliated organizations; or (vii) individuals. Subject to the participating organization’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, organizations who are granted nonprofit discount pricing agree to participate in development of a case study regarding the organization’s use of the join.me software for use in LogMeIn’s promotional materials, including, but not limited to, its client lists, brochures, white papers, and electronic media. All participating organizations grant LogMeIn a nonexclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free right and license to copy and display such organization’s trademarks and logos (subject to the terms and conditions of such organization’s standard trademark usage guidelines) for use in LogMeIn’s client lists, websites, case studies, and other similar promotional media. LogMeIn will not lower the price of any join.me license already purchased; users who have already purchased will continue to be charged at the original price for their existing subscriptions. LogMeIn reserves the right to grant or deny an organization’s application or participation, cancel a discount offer, and/or supplement or amend these eligibility guidelines at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion, without notice. Selections are made at LogMeIn’s sole discretion and are not subject to external review.
